Kelly gave her herpes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, former girlfriend of embattled R. Kelly burst into tears as she narrated her sexual abuse in the hands of the R&amp;B singer.<\/p>\n<p>In the indictment, the witness, called Jane Doe #5 was only 17 when she met Kelly for an audition
