With the support of her team of about 100 people, Hilda broke the 100-hour record. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2023\/11\/07\/hilda-baci-reacts-after-losing-guinness-world-record-to-irish-chef\/\">Hilda Baci<\/a> penned an appreciation note to her supportive team for being by her side during those tough moments of her feat attempt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">She recounted how the event began on May 12 and ended on May 17, 2023, and stated that it would be a 5-day-long anniversary. The Chef wrote:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;On this day 1year ago we began the official attempt that made history.
