{"id":175845,"date":"2024-06-18T17:08:15","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T17:08:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/?p=175845"},"modified":"2024-06-18T17:08:15","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T17:08:15","slug":"how-late-stella-ikwuegbu-complained-about-acting-without-pay-considered-selling-pure-water-actor-nche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2024\/06\/18\/how-late-stella-ikwuegbu-complained-about-acting-without-pay-considered-selling-pure-water-actor-nche\/","title":{"rendered":"How Late Stella Ikwuegbu complained about acting without pay, considered selling pure water &#8211; Actor, Nche"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Nollywood actor, Mr Nche shared a WhatsApp conversation with the late Stella Ikwuegbu, revealing she was informed him about undergoing surgery.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He also shared a disturbing post where Stella confided in him about quitting acting due to lack of pay, preferring to sell pure water instead.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nollywood actor, <strong>Mr. Nche<\/strong> who appears to have maintained a close and good relationship with the late veteran actress, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2024\/06\/16\/veteran-actress-stella-ikwuegbu-has-reportedly-passed-away-after-a-prolonged-health-battle-video\/\"><strong>Stella Ikwuegbu<\/strong><\/a> before her death has shared some unknown details about her.<\/p>\n<p>Taking to Instagram, Mr Nche shared a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation he had with Stella Ikwuegbu a few days before she passed on.<\/p>\n<p>According to Nche, she only told him she was about to undergo surgery, promising to get back to him as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>In his words:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;For some asking why I wrote she wasn&#8217;t sick. She said that she will be going for a surgery on Thursday 13th June and I wished her a successful surgery.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Not aware she was sick. I rather be a happy pure water seller than going to locations everyday yet no kobo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Man&#8217; s negative opinion about you holds no water.
