However, she emphasized her readiness to take legal action if necessary<\/p>\n<p>She said:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201dI still stand my ground on what Ben did, but I have forgotten about the issue. After the Saturday night party, he came and apologized to me, and I decided to drop the case\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Handi&#8217;s comments comes after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2024\/09\/17\/bbnaija-ben-to-sue-handi-and-wanni-over-sexual-harassment-allegations\/\">Ben revealed plans to take legal action against her and Wanni regarding the sexual molestation allegations.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ben made this known during his media rounds on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Ben said he has informed his lawyer and management to take necessary action.<\/p>\n<p>He added that he is awaiting the footage from the organizers of the show. In his words:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;I have informed my lawyer and management about the issue.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI have also asked the organizers to release footage to press charges against Wanni and Handi for accusing me of touching her inappropriately.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cThere are four cameras in that area, there is no way none of them captured something like that.
