{"id":192018,"date":"2024-10-16T15:09:22","date_gmt":"2024-10-16T15:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/?p=192018"},"modified":"2024-10-16T15:09:22","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T15:09:22","slug":"verydarkman-did-not-do-right-by-me-dammy-krane-on-falana-court-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2024\/10\/16\/verydarkman-did-not-do-right-by-me-dammy-krane-on-falana-court-order\/","title":{"rendered":"Verydarkman did not do right by me &#8211; Dammy Krane on Falana court order"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Dammy Krane accused Verydarkman of favouritism, alleging that he did not look into his case well enough before taking it up.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He stated that, he feels like God is using this Falana case to show Verydarkman that he didn&#8217;t do right by him\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has shared his thoughts on the ongoing court case involving internet personality Verydarkman (VDM) and the Falana&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Dammy Krane expressed his feelings on Instagram, stating that Verydarkman did not handle his situation with fairness and impartiality.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that in August 2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2024\/08\/22\/dammy-krane-arrested-to-face-criminal-charges-over-alleged-defamation-against-davido\/\">when Davido reportedly arrested the singer,<\/a> Verydarkman took to social media to plead for his release.<\/p>\n<p>Dammy Krane recalled how Verydarkman had advocated for him in the past, but felt that he did not thoroughly investigate his case before taking action.<\/p>\n<p>He alleged that Verydarkman showed favouritism and selective activism, only focusing on certain aspects of the situation.<\/p>\n<p>The singer also referenced his own experiences with Davido and the Dangote case, emphasizing that he only spoke the truth and had no evidence to apologize for.<\/p>\n<p>He highlighted the importance of seeking evidence and understanding the facts before taking a stance or making accusations.<\/p>\n<p>Dammy Krane said:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;I feel like God is using this Falana case to show Verydarkman that he didn&#8217;t do right by me because if it was another person he would have looked into the evidence.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;He would have looked into the case, where I stated that Davido owed me money for songs. It was simply things he posted online that I spoke of so Verydarkman should have looked into it. Even in the Dangote case, it was what the police said that I repeated; he didn&#8217;t look into the evidence before coming out to talk.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;He was doing selective activism based on favouritism. Later you&#8217;d say I should apologise and say I lied and I was trying to tell him that I couldn&#8217;t apologise for saying the truth because they have no evidence against me. I was only illegally destined.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cIf I had apologised, they&#8217;d have had evidence to carry me to court.
