The total number of money I\u2019m owing is not more than 30 million naira, while people are owing me almost 782 million \u201c,<\/em> <\/strong>He stated.<\/p>\n<p>Nigerian singer Spyro had earlier called out Ubi Franklin over unpaid debt, he claimed that the music executive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2025\/01\/15\/he-scammed-me-with-davidos-name-spyro-calls-out-ubi-franklin-over-alleged-unpaid-debt-chats-leak-online\/\">scammed him with Davido&#8217;s name.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to Spyro, Ubi Franklin approached him with a proposal to perform at a birthday party, claiming that Davido had invited him and would pay him 5K for the performance.<\/p>\n<p>He said:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI have an issue with Ubi Franklin. Ubi just came down and said David said we should come perform at the birthday party that he was invited to that he was going to give us 5k. I called him to the side and said \u2018bro first of all, I don\u2019t charge 5k.\u2019 My Nigerian currency wey I dey charge, the least I would do is N20 million.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>On getting there, David was on stage, he came back from the stage and Ubi just came to me, he said \u2018you\u2019re going on the stage now\u2019 before you know it, MC don announce, Spyro! And right after, I said okay Ubi, shebi you don sha make me, I don perform now, where my money wey you say David say him go give us? He said \u2018no don\u2019t go and buzz David o, he\u2019s not the one actually, let me tell you the truth, he\u2019s not the one that said you guys should come and do the show\u2019.
