<em data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"515\">Wait For U<\/em> samples <em data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"532\">Higher<\/em>, a track from Tems\u2019 2020 debut EP, <em data-start=\"568\" <em>Wait For U<\/em> received two nominations at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards: Best Rap Song and Best Melodic Rap Performance, ultimately winning the latter.<\/p>\n<p>In other news, The 67th Grammys undoubtedly saw Nigerian artists <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2025\/02\/03\/67th-grammys-tems-beats-wizkid-davido-burna-boy-others-to-win-best-african-music-performance\/\"><strong>dominating the Best African Music Performance category.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sensational music star, Tems took home the award courtesy of her hit track, \u2018Love Me Jeje\u2019, marking her second Grammy win.<\/p>\n<p>The category, which was introduced in 2024 and won by South African singer Tyla, saw Nigerian artists featured in all the nominated songs.<\/p>\n<p>Tems\u2019 win was a significant achievement, as she beat out strong competition from other notable artists.<\/p>\n<p>Yemi Alade\u2019s \u201cTomorrow\u201d, Asake\u2019s \u201cMMS\u201d featuring Wizkid, Chris Brown\u2019s
