He explained:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cSo just imagine that you\u2019re investing in a female artiste and she gets pregnant, that is over because it would take a lot for her to come back. Mention new female artistes that got pregnant and came back.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He clarified that his stance is not to discourage women from having children but to encourage them to focus on building a strong foundation in their careers first. He added:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI\u2019m not saying they can\u2019t have children, but first build a strong career.
