Celebrity stylist and entrepreneur Toyin Lawani, popularly known as Tiannah\u2019s Place Empire, has expressed her frustration over what she described as one of the most \u201ctraumatic experiences<\/em>\u201d of her career.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a candid Instagram post, the fashion mogul revealed that despite putting in 25 years of hard work, passion, and sacrifice, she recently encountered a level of selfishness and sabotage she had never seen before. She wrote:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u201cI have been working for the past 25 years as a celebrity stylist and I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve come across such selfishness before in my life. I put in my sweat and hard work in everything I do. I strive for perfection and go far beyond what I\u2019m paid for. But there\u2019s a line between wickedness, ego, and pride and all this must be left at the door when working with others.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lawani stressed that she values humility and respect in her collaborations, calling out those who, according to her, try to sabotage others instead of working together. She added:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u201c\u2026 everyone who knows me, I\u2019m the most humble selfless human being you can ever meet and I give everyone respect because that’s how l also want to be treated. <\/span><\/p>\n

It’s so shameful how some creative try to sabotage each other in the line of their work. Such a big shame.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
