Music executive, Adam Lublin has been sentenced to four years in imprisonment on Monday November 15.<\/p>\n

Adam Lublin filmed himself sexually molesting women while they slept, including neighbors whose home he broke into in 2015.<\/p>\n

The 45 years old former vice president for music entertainment company AEG, abused<\/a> four women on separate occasions between November 2015 and September 2019.<\/p>\n

The victims included a 22-year-old receptionist at AEG, two sisters who shared an apartment in Battery Park City, New York and a woman he met at New York Fashion Week.<\/p>\n

Three of the four victims recounted the disturbing assaults at Lublin\u2019s sentencing in Manhattan Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow long were you playing with my dead body laying there?\u201d one woman said about waking up at Lublin\u2019s apartment on Sept. 10, 2015, after meeting him at a New York Fashion Week event with no idea how she got there.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re now and always have been a rapist. I hope you get what you deserve in jail.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman also recalled testifying before a grand jury in 2019, when Manhattan prosecutors sought an indictment against Lublin and seeing footage Lublin had shot of the sexual assault while she was sleeping.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving to go and testify in front of a jury of 30 to 50 people and watch videos of you touching me and putting your fingers inside of me while I\u2019m laying hopelessly dead\u201d was traumatizing, she said.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors had asked Lubin to be sentenced to 10 years. In August, the former AEG exec pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.<\/p>\n

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Laura Ward said she reached her sentence after \u201cmultiple discussions with the prosecution and the defense.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHonestly, I don\u2019t think four years is nearly enough,\u201d said the victim assaulted after the Fashion Week event. \u201dI\u2019m glad I could help by adding in a year. I see they\u2019ve put four years, one for each survivor. It makes me wonder what year is gonna be mine.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI would say to the court, I don\u2019t think that\u2019s fair. I think you could have done better,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Lublin\u2019s last known victim, who lived with her sister in Lublin\u2019s Tribeca Pointe building at 41 River Terrace, recounted that \u201cI woke up that night with someone\u2019s hands in my vagina.\u201d Lublin assaulted both sisters on Sept. 8 and Sept. 15, 2019, in separate incidents, after breaking into their apartment.<\/p>\n

One of the sisters said he\u2019d never spoken to either of them, adding: \u201cIt still haunts me. All the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

His first victim was a 22-year-old receptionist who\u2019d just began working for his company AEG when he sexually assaulted her in November 2015.<\/p>\n

He asked her if he could stay at her apartment on E. 79th St., New York to catch an early morning flight at LaGuardia airport.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will never forget the sheer terror I felt that night. I remember for a moment waking up, motionless, with my eyes closed in fear. You hovering beside my body, grossly violating me,\u201d she said in her statement, describing how Lublin stood up and ran after she began screaming.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou were oblivious to my discomfort, nonchalantly speaking to me, making me file your expenses,\u201d she continued, describing Lublin\u2019s office demeanor after the assault.<\/p>\n

Lublin offered a brief statement to the court \u2014 without looking at, or addressing the victims.<\/p>\n
