Princess, a Nigerian actress and comedienne, has described how her friend and colleague Funke Akindele reacted after her marriage fell apart.<\/p>\n
Princess shared an interview footage with Chude Jideonwo on Instagram on Friday, in which the comedienne revealed that she believed her life had ended after the event, but Funke Akindele, who was on a movie set at the time, phoned her to enquire about what had occurred.<\/p>\n
She further stated that the actress offered to pay for her travel to Enugu, where she was filming, so they could discuss the problem after she (Princess) began crying over her condition.<\/p>\n
\u201cFunke Akindele called me and I\u2019m sure she\u2019ll remember, she called me and said princess kilonshele, I heard you almost cried yourself to death. Chude I\u2019m telling you, I cried I became sick and lost weight. I said \u201cah Funke\u201d, I told her in Yoruba, I said my life is ended.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe said why will you say that, I said can\u2019t you see what happened to my marriage, and then she said didn\u2019t you hear what happened to mine. I said Funke your own is different, you can\u2019t compare yourself to me, at least you stayed in your husband\u2019s house for a year. And she said what are you talking about Princess?<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd she said to me, I\u2019m in Enugu shooting, please let me pay for your flight ticket, come and meet me, I said ah I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll be able to come, she said ah what are you doing, I said I\u2019m washing, she said kilonfo, I said I\u2019m just washing, she said where are you going, I\u2019m not going anywhere, I was in that house wearing just one cloth. \u2018She said Princess mi o understand. Princess, please let me pay for your ticket, come and meet me in Enugu, I\u2019m shooting, we\u2019ll talk\u2019.<\/p>\n
