My baby. I love you so much. Please be at peace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Connor went on to question how her teenage son had been allowed to leave Tallaght hospital in Dublin.<\/p>\n<p>In a post on social media, O&#8217;Connor wrote: &#8221;Now Tusla want to discuss with me &#8221;a media release&#8221; no doubt wishing to have me join in their efforts to make this death of my child seem like it wasn&#8217;t at the hands of the Irish State.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Tusla and HSE to release dishonest statement in response to international questioning. A load of lies, refusals to accept responsibility. Couched as always in the omnipotent and false concern they claim to have for the privacy of the children who die on their watch.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I&#8217;m going to take private time now to grieve my son. When I am ready I will be telling exactly how the Irish State in the ignorant, evil, self-serving, lying forms of Tusla and the HSE enabled and facilitated his death. Magdalene Ireland never went away. Ask the youth.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;And any statement out of Tusla suggesting they a) did their best b) care or c) have deepest sympathies for anyone here but their lawyers, is a load of crap trap that has killed too many kids and it isn&#8217;t going to wash this time. Too many kids are dying on Tusla&#8217;s watch.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Shane had been reported missing two days before his death. O\u2019Connor had previously said he was \u201con suicide watch\u201d at the Tallaght Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>It has now been reported by The Irish Times that Shane\u2019s death will be referred to the NRP for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2021\/10\/24\/alleged-child-bullying-were-investigating-mercy-johnsons-claim-says-chrisland\/\">investigation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The NRP was established in 2010 to investigate serious incidents, including the deaths of children in care and\/or known to the child protection system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Days after the painful death of Sinead O\u2019Connor\u2019s son, plans by the National Review Panel (NRP) to investigate the case have been announced.
