An onstage dancer has sued American rapper, <\/span>Snoop Dogg and his associate Bishop Don \u201cMagic\u201d Juan<\/div>\n

The dancer in a law suit filed claimed they sexually assaulted her nearly a decade ago.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Jane Doe accuser filed her lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles on Wednesday February 9, claiming her alleged assaults<\/a> by the rapper and his friend happened shortly after she attended a Snoop Dogg concert at Club Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California on May 29, 2013.<\/p>\n

She claimed she was assaulted in back-to-back attacks after she accepted a ride home from Bishop Don \u201cMagic\u201d Juan, whose real name is Donald Campbell, and wound up back at his residence against her wishes.<\/p>\n

The court document read “Plaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at [Bishop’s] home.” She says she awoke at 4 AM the next morning and Bishop “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face,” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth.”<\/p>\n

It was also alleged in the lawsuit that Bishop “discriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff’s sex and gender.”<\/p>\n

The unidentified accuser claims Campbell later demanded that she accompany him to a recording studio where Snoop Dogg purportedly was filming his TV series, Snoop Dogg\u2019s Double G News Network.<\/p>\n

She alleged that Campbell gave her a dress and told her to put it on so they could go to Snoop’s studio, saying “I want to see if he will make you the weather girl” — for some TV show.<\/p>\n

She then claims she went to Snoop’s but had a stomach ache so she went to the bathroom, and while she was on the toilet, Snoop walked in, “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” She says he then forced oral sex on her.<\/p>\n

The rapper then allegedly \u201cproceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on plaintiff\u2019s upper chest and lower neck.\u201d He then purportedly said, \u201cI\u2019ll get you something to clean up with\u201d and left the accuser \u201chumiliated, terrified and panicked\u201d in the bathroom without returning.<\/p>\n

She claims shortly thereafter, Bishop said to her, “Come here! Take a picture with Snoop!” She says she was scared and took the photo.<\/p>\n

And then she says Snoop wouldn’t hire her because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.”<\/p>\n

The woman claims she didn\u2019t immediately report the alleged assaults because she was \u201cthinking about her job security if she displeased\u201d the rapper. She claims she worked for various companies owned by or associated with the rapper for several years. Her filing says she obtained a right to sue from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing on Dec. 20, 2021 and agreed to \u201cattempt to resolve this dispute through a private mediation\u201d that took place Feb. 8, 2022.<\/p>\n

Her filing says the \u201cmediation was unsuccessful\u201d and “immediately after the mediation ended”.<\/p>\n

Snoop Dogg has however denied the entire story, saying it’s a pack of lies. He posted an image on his Instagram, calling her a “Gold digger.” The photo included emojis of a judge and a police officer. The dancer’s lawyer Matt Finkelberg described Snoop Dogg\u2019s Instagram post as \u201cobviously threatening.\u201d<\/p>\n

Snoop Dogg, born Calvin Broadus, was previously sued by makeup artist Kylie Bell with allegations he and members of his entourage sexually assaulted her in 2003. Shortly before she filed her complaint, Bell was sued by Snoop for extortion. Bell later dropped her lawsuit, explaining in a statement that \u201cthe matter has been resolved amicably.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
