After telling women to ‘get off their asses and work,’ actress Jameela Jamil has reacted by ripping, reality show star, Kim Kardashian.<\/p>\n
Days ago, Variety shared a long interview with the Kardashians about their upcoming show. During the interview, Kim told women to get up and work.<\/p>\n
The mother of four was quoted saying;<\/p>\n
\u201cI have the best advice for women in business. Get your f***ing a** up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou have to surround yourself with people that want to work. Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do, because you have one life. No toxic work environments and show up and do the work.\u201d<\/p>\n
But she wasn\u2019t the only one to catch flak for the comment, to which her sister Kourtney responded, \u201cThat\u2019s so true.\u201d Fans flocked to social media to remind Kourtney that she often complained about working on their former series, \u201cKeeping Up With the Kardashians.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jameela who responded to Kim’s comment, told her that no one needs to hear her thoughts about success. She also reminded the reality show star of her \u2018privileged\u2019 life.<\/p>\n
The outspoken actress who continued tackling the wealthy family who recently defended their blockbuster nine-figure deal for their new Hulu reality series, “The Kardashians”, stated that though they are a \u201csuper impressive family of businesswomen\u201d and have \u201ca genius manager in their mother as well as their own hard work and personal sacrifices,\u201d they’ve always altered their photos and \u201cmisled people\u201d about their beauty claims.<\/p>\n
She concluded that the family should just \u201ctake the money, use it for good and chill the f\u2013k out when lecturing others about grind and hustle. And learn how to brag without putting others down who have less.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jameela wrote;<\/p>\n
\u201cI think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion \u2026 Nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success\/work ethic<\/p>\n
\u201cThis same 24 hours in the day s\u2013t is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours.<\/p>\n
Not the day after IWD\u2026 They are a super impressive family of businesswomen and are products of a ridiculously good start and a genius manager in their mother as well as their own hard work and personal sacrifices. Plus a LOT of photoshop and a decision to not care about misleading people about their beauty claims whilst never disclosing how much secret work goes into their appearances\u2026 that they make most of their money from. And a huge amount of money made from questionable diet\/detox products and waist trainers.<\/p>\n
They shouldn\u2019t be asked about their secret to success. They shouldn\u2019t answer those questions. It\u2019s all obvious to everyone, and I hope nobody holds themselves to the standards of people who were raised by millionaires.<\/p>\n
Just take the money, use it for good and chill the fuck out when lecturing others about grind and hustle. And learn how to brag without putting others down who have less.<\/p>\n
This is not the first time self-proclaimed \u201cfeminist-in-progress\u201d Jamil has found herself at odds with the Kardashians.<\/p>\n
Over the last several years, she\u2019s publicly criticized them for promoting unrealistic body standards, not being forthcoming about the surgical work they\u2019ve had done and endorsing potentially dangerous \u201cdiet\u201d products.<\/p>\n
