Auditions in the ongoing\u00a0Nigerian Idol Season 7 competition<\/a> have featured the good, the bad and the unbelievable singing talents across the country.<\/p>\n

A top 12 was picked by the judges, Obi Asika, D’banj and Simi in last night’s episode. The organisers deviated from the usual top 10 format that was meant to be used in the selection.<\/p>\n

The Top 12 contestants had to battle with hundreds of participants who came from all parts of the country to clinch the coveted spot in the looming Live Shows which will be open to public Voting.<\/p>\n

After gruelling Auditions and countless tense moments; Gerald, Abigail, Jordan, Itohan, Banty, David Operah, Zadok, Faith, Progress, Debby, Precious, and Joel emerged triumphant.<\/p>\n

Another highlight from last night’s episode captured moment Celebrity judges, D’banj and Simi engaged in some type of banter.<\/p>\n

1) Gerald<\/h3>\n

He is an artist and singer who was able to impress the Judges with his amazing musical ability, which helped him push ahead during his Solo Audition. Music, art, and travel are his keen interests.<\/p>\n
