For slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars 2022<\/a><\/strong>, Hollywood actress, Tiffany Haddish has defended Will Smith.<\/p>\n

Last night, Will Smith shocked many when he walked up and slapped Rock for making a joke about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith\u2019s bald head.<\/p>\n

Haddish, reacting called Smith\u2019s action \u2018the most beautiful thing I\u2019ve ever seen.\u2019<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old actress presented the Best International Feature Film award with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu, which was won by Japan\u2019s Drive My Car.<\/p>\n

\u2018When I saw a Black man stand up for his wife. That meant so much to me<\/p>\n

\u201d And maybe the world might not like how it went down, but for me, it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen because it made me believe that there are still men out there that love and care about their women, their wives,\u201d Haddish said.<\/p>\n

She queried why Rock who is a \u2018friend\u2019 to both Will and Jada, would do that.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe didn\u2019t even run the joke by her, but she was hurt though.<\/p>\n

\u201dIf she wouldn\u2019t have been hurt, Will probably would not have said nothing but you could see he was clearly and they exploited it. They exploited her, so \u201cI have to do something\u201d\u2026 He protected his wife,\u201d Haddish added.<\/p>\n
