Michel, a former drug user, opined that he has not heard of anyone who overdosed on weed compared to other hard drugs.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve done drugs before. I\u2019ve indulged in drugs before. I\u2019ve done hard drugs. I don\u2019t mean weed. I don\u2019t see anything wrong with weed, it was God-made. It was created by God.\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve never heard of anybody who has overdosed on weed\u2026 I\u2019ve done things out of weed. I\u2019ve done cocaine and LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide)<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve done other drugs that if I told you right now, you\u2019ll not be able to pronounce. These were years back and I didn\u2019t struggle to overcome it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Michel recommended brewing and drinking of weed instead of smoking it. \u201cMaybe because of the smoke\u2026 maybe that\u2019s why health-wise, it is advisable for people to brew and drink it because that is not wrong at all. You drink teas, don\u2019t you,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He also advised the Ghanaian government, saying \u201cI am for it completely but then again before anything is legalized, the government must make sure that they are ready to take responsibility and must exhaust the consequences that come true with the legalization of \u2018weed\u2019 before the decision is made,\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cBefore the government decides to pass a law for the legalisation of weed then they must make sure that they have exhausted all possible avenues \u2026 by learning from countries who have done it,\u201d<\/p>\n
