Nigerian musician and songwriter Peruzzi has taken to his social media page to announce the major problem he is now battling.<\/h4>\n

The talented singer disclosed he has a problem of eating too much, which is a bad eating habit. Excessive eating is poor for the body as it might lead to diverse harmful health conditions.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a problem. I eat every minute,\u201d Peruzzi<\/a> shared on his Instagram stories.<\/p>\n

When one eats every minute, there is a high propensity that such a person is battling an eating disorder. This is an unhealthy lifestyle because it can cause discomfort in the stomach, lead to weight gain, or expose one to obesity if not cautioned.<\/p>\n
