Ghanaian music sensation, Shatta Wale, has disclosed the reason for his constant fight with Nigerian musicians despite being friends with them.<\/h4>\n

The veteran Dancehall musician revealed that his relentless beef with artistes from Nigeria is to develop his country\u2019s music and pave the way for the fresh and emerging talents in Ghana.<\/p>\n

Speaking in a recent interview on Daybreak Hitz, Shatta Wale said that he has a good relationship with Burna Boy, Dammy Krane, and many other artistes from Nigeria apart from Wizkid.<\/p>\n

\u201cDavido is my guy, Burna Boy is my guy, Dami Krane\u2026it\u2019s only Wizkid that I haven\u2019t had that rapport with. All the boys that are making waves in Nigeria are my boys, but the little mistake you do around me and I tell you and you don\u2019t listen I will shift myself,\u201d Shatta Wale disclosed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know how to make money myself too, I\u2019m not the type you won\u2019t take seriously. I won\u2019t come back again,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Shatta Wale<\/a>, who recently got into a scuffle with Burna Boy, stated that such beef with Nigerian superstars is for the betterment of Ghana\u2019s music industry, and to create easy access for Ghana\u2019s next-generation artistes to penetrate Nigeria, which they see as America.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have done a lot for this industry that people should appreciate and stop critiquing me because I have built a certain platform for the next generation and the one to come after them.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not that I don\u2019t know what I am doing, but sometimes it hurts that we don\u2019t recognize that side of Shatta Wale, but we want to spread the bad side of him to the world,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Shatta Wale continued, \u201cI have created space for many. And nobody can come and tell me otherwise. Even when I am beefing with Nigerians, I am doing it because of the next generation. Now everybody is getting the opportunity. Everybody is going to Nigeria because that awareness is there.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have done things that even if I can\u2019t go to Nigeria, I want to see the Black Sheriffs, the Medikals entering there now. This is because we now see Nigeria as our America. So we must get the Nigerians\u2019 attention. That is why I have sacrificed my life for the industry,\u201d he said on Thursday.<\/p>\n
