A yet-to-be-identified woman gave birth to her baby inside a BRT bus in Lagos on Friday, May 21.
A Twitter user with the handle @oapaynigeria who shared a video of the incident commended Lagos state Medic team and the Police at the scene. According to him, doctors and nurses, as well as other passengers, attended to the new mum and her baby before personnel of the Lagos State Medics arrived and took them in an ambulance to the hospital.
Sharing the video he wrote;
Eko for show! BRT Baby delivered inside BUS. Doctors and nurses, Co passengers attended to her before the Lagos State Medics arrived. Sanwo to visit the family. Kudos to the policemen on the scene. Lagos Medics is first class

In other gist, a pregnant woman reportedly died in a public bus in Onitsha, Anambra state.
A Facebook user identified as Gifted Joseph shared the sad photo of the tragic incident on her wall on Thursday.
According to Gifted, the pregnant woman had no Identity card or phone number to use in reaching her relatives.
She added that the deceased was taken to the Ogini police station Onitsha .
She wrote: I Boarded a Transit, from Awka, after my Brother drop me at the park.
