A Nigerian woman, Precious Chioma Ugwoke has embarked on an inspiring educational journey that has taken her from a return to secondary school to securing an admission at the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Precious Chioma Ugwoke’s educational odyssey began in September 2018 when she and her husband, Ugwoke Oloto Odobo, decided to take a bold step toward her academic aspirations.

This decision came after they had decided to conclude their childbearing journey.

Precious, determined to continue her education, started her educational pursuit from Junior Secondary School 3 (JSS3), defying the conventional expectations.

Her journey through secondary school was no small feat, and it culminated in the successful completion of her secondary education in 2022.

However, Precious’s passion for learning and her unwavering dedication led her to set her sights on a tertiary education.

The pivotal moment in Precious’s journey was marked by her matriculation at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her husband, Ugwoke Oloto Odobo, proudly announced this achievement on his Facebook page, emphasizing his wife’s remarkable determination and their shared commitment to her education.

In his post, he revealed that Precious had successfully secured admission to the university and shared photos from the matriculation ceremony.

He wrote;

“The journey began in September 2018 when she, with her husband, Ugwoke Oloto Odobo decided, after they had hung the boots on childbearing, that she return to school. She restarted in JSS3. Today, she had her matriculation as a Lioness in UNN, Nsukka. Congratulations to a humble and determined woman, my dear wife.”
