The bus will enable them to expand their businesses and increase their income, thereby improving their standard of living. It will also provide them with a sense of ownership and pride in their work, which will motivate them to work harder and achieve even greater success.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the act of gifting the bus to the female drivers shows the importance, recognition, and contributions of women in the workforce.
