Gaius Chibueze, The founder of Tatcoin, has made a scholarship offer to Mmesoma Ejikeme, who is at the centre of a UTME result controversy<\/p>\n
The Nigerian Bitcoin expert made the pledge via his official Twitter account on Monday, 3rd of July.<\/p>\n
This comes as JAMB maintained its claim that the UTME result being paraded by Miss Ejikeme Mmesoma is \u2018patently fake.\u2019<\/p>\n
In a statement by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Acting Director, Public Affairs and Protocol, Dr Fabian Benjamin, on Tuesday, the exam body barred the candidate from sitting for its examination for the next three years.<\/p>\n
Reacting, Chibueze indicated interest in sponsoring the 17-year-old student through his company, to study in any country of her choice between the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
He urged JAMB, to desist from attempts to malign Mmesoma\u2019s name as it will also be viewed as an attack on her race.<\/p>\n
Chibueze also said his firm will work towards helping her to secure admission and her education will be fully funded up till Master\u2019s degree level.<\/p>\n
