Despite countless pleas and escalating complaints, Zenith Bank has chosen to remain infuriatingly silent.<\/p>\n<p>The only official communication came on October 1st, a bland message announcing an IT upgrade that was supposed to cause minor disruptions for only a few hours.<\/p>\n<p>Customers were promised that all services would resume by 2:30 p.m. that same day, but what unfolded next was nothing short of a financial catastrophe.
