He expressed outrage over the continued wave of kidnappings and the dangers facing innocent children.<\/p>\n<p>Verydarkman urged the immediate intervention of President Bola Tinubu, Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun, Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, Chief of Defence Staff General Christopher Musa, other Top security officials as well as Edo State Governor Godwin Okpebholo.<\/p>\n<p>He criticized the Edo State government for its inadequate response to the rising security threats, directly called on Governor Okpebholo to step up efforts to protect citizens and dismantle kidnapper networks.<\/p>\n<p>VDM emphasized that the focus of current political leaders should be protecting Nigerians rather than the 2027 elections.
