The FIFA Best Awards were hosted in Zurich, Switzerland, on Monday night.

On the night, Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Tuchel, Edouard Mendy, and Érik Lamela were among the winners.

Lewandowski won the men’s trophy over Lionel Messi of PSG and Mohamed Salah of Liverpool.

Tuchel received the Best Men’s Coach award, while Lamela got the Puskas trophy for 2021.

The Best FIFA Awards were established in 2016, after France Football withdrew the Ballon d’Or from FIFA’s regulatory body following allegations of corruption.
