{"id":102908,"date":"2021-11-05T08:00:15","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T07:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=102908"},"modified":"2021-11-05T08:36:38","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T07:36:38","slug":"collapsed-high-rise-we-will-conduct-integrity-test-on-remaining-buildings-says-sanwo-olu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/11\/05\/collapsed-high-rise-we-will-conduct-integrity-test-on-remaining-buildings-says-sanwo-olu\/","title":{"rendered":"Collapsed high-rise: We will conduct integrity test on remaining buildings, says Sanwo-Olu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has stated that structural integrity test will be conducted on the two othet edifices on the site where a 21-storey building collapsed.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that the high-rise on Monday which was being developed by Fourscore Homes, owned by Femi Osibona collapsed,\u00a0leading to the death of more than 30 persons, while several others are still believed to be trapped in the ruins.<\/p>\n<p>Osibona\u2019s body was recovered from the debris on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking after he paid a visit to six survivors on Thursday, the governor said the structural integrity test may begin on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe still have two buildings that are still standing that nobody knows the structural integrity of those two buildings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all have to continue to remain safe and we have given instruction for the structural integrity of the two remaining <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/10\/27\/fg-lists-diezanis-buildings-jewellery-bras-for-sale-values-badehs-mansions\/\">buildings<\/a> and this will probably start tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn terms of update, this morning, I took a trip to the general hospital to see and to encourage the citizens that have been rescued and are receiving attention at the general hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are six of them in total.
