{"id":106644,"date":"2021-11-13T06:42:19","date_gmt":"2021-11-13T05:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=106644"},"modified":"2021-11-13T06:43:55","modified_gmt":"2021-11-13T05:43:55","slug":"fg-to-begin-sale-of-houses-from-n7-2m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/11\/13\/fg-to-begin-sale-of-houses-from-n7-2m\/","title":{"rendered":"FG to begin sale of houses from N7.2m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works and housing has revealed that the\u00a0federal government will commence sale of houses under the National Mass Housing Programme from N7.2 million naira.<\/p>\n<p>The revelation was made on Friday, November 12 by the works and housing minister\u00a0during the unveiling of an online portal for the housing scheme in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister who revealed that projects are spread across the states of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2021\/09\/21\/minister-we-will-ensure-transparency-in-sports-federation-elections\/\">federation<\/a> and the Federal Capital Territory.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the highest selling price is N16.19 million.<\/p>\n<p>He also revealed that over 5,000 units of houses are at different stages of completion under the programme.<\/p>\n<p>He said;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the first time we have a platform that every Nigerian has access to.
