Secretary to Government of Ekiti State Biodun Oyebanji has resigned from office.<\/p>\n

The political scientist and former university teacher has been endorsed by many stakeholders for governor on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).<\/p>\n

Governor Kayode Fayemi has accepted his resignation, wishing him success in his future endeavours.<\/p>\n

The resignation<\/a>, which was conveyed in a letter to the governor, dated December 3, 2021, takes effect from Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Oyebanji had cited his decision to contest the governorship election in the State for his resignation.<\/p>\n

Fayemi thanked the former SSG for his remarkable contribution to the administration since its inception in 2018 and wished him well in his future endeavours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
