Junaidu Danjuma, the son of the Gwombe community Gwargwada chiefdom monarch in Kuje Area Council of Abuja, His Royal Highness (HRH) Danjuma Maji Jangaba, has been abducted by kidnappers.<\/p>\n

It was learnt a man conveying the abductee son on a motorcycle, Kabiru Sani, was shot dead while attempting to escape.<\/p>\n

Eleven villagers, including the wife of PDP vice chairman, Mrs Asabe Koriya, were abducted in the same area earlier this month.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred around 5:23 pm when the kidnappers, wielding sophisticated weapons, barricaded the Gwargwada-Gwombe road.<\/p>\n

Sources disclosed that the traditional ruler\u2019s son was returning from neighbouring village, Rubochi, when the kidnappers<\/a>\u00a0suddenly appeared.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was upon sighting the kidnappers that the man who was conveying the chief\u2019s son on a motorcycle attempted to escape, which made the kidnappers open fire and kill him instantly while they whisked the chief\u2019s son.\u201d<\/p>\n
