First batch of Nigerians stranded in Ukraine has arrived in the country.<\/p>\n

No fewer than 427 Nigerians based in Ukraine arrived Nnamdi Azikwe International airport, Abuja on Friday morning.<\/p>\n

The Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri, confirmed this in a tweet.<\/p>\n

She said , \u201cFirst Batch of Nigerians from #Ukraine arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja from Romania at 7:10 am.\u201d<\/p>\n

She noted that plans continue towards the successful evacuation of the remaining stranded citizens<\/a>.<\/p>\n
