{"id":160306,"date":"2022-03-11T11:44:14","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T10:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=160306"},"modified":"2022-03-11T11:44:14","modified_gmt":"2022-03-11T10:44:14","slug":"man-arraigned-in-court-for-pressing-his-brothers-genitals-over-theft-case-in-nairobi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2022\/03\/11\/man-arraigned-in-court-for-pressing-his-brothers-genitals-over-theft-case-in-nairobi\/","title":{"rendered":"Man arraigned in court for pressing his brother\u2019s genitals over theft case in Nairobi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For reportedly attacking his younger brother violently by pressing his genitals, which caused him bodily harm, a man has been arraigned before Milimani Law Courts.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect known as Collins Cheruyot, allegedly attacked his brother Allan Sang in Nairobi\u2019s Upper Hill area after he allegedly stole his mobile phone and money.<\/p>\n<p>A police report read out in court by State Prosecutor James Gachoka, revealed that Sang reported to the police that his brother elder brother Collins first stole his phone worth Ksh9,399 and his national identification card.<\/p>\n<p>Collins is said to have further borrowed a Ksh12,316 Mshwari loan using the phone and when he discovered that the matter had been reported at Capital Hill police station by his brother, he reportedly assaulted his brother by pressing his testicles and biting his finger.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi was, however, forced to adjourn the sentencing of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2022\/02\/22\/lagos-church-workers-charged-with-alleged-n13m-theft\/\">accused<\/a> after he fell sick in court and ordered that he be taken to hospital for treatment.
