Two alleged traffic robbers have been apprehended by Lagos Police Rapid Response Squad (RRS) operatives.<\/p>\n

They were nabbed at Magodo Estate and Otedola Bridge, respectively.<\/p>\n

Korede Saheed (29) was arrested Thursday night, while Yahaya Faisal (22) was apprehended Friday night, according to Benjamin Hundeyin, a police public relations officer.<\/p>\n

In a statement released on Saturday, he said the suspects’ luck ran out<\/a> when they approached RRS officers on patrol.<\/p>\n

The suspects were found with one Samsung Galaxy S8 and one iPhone 12.<\/p>\n

Yahaya stated that his gang looted in traffic between Ojodu-Berger and Otedola Bridge after being discovered with various ATM cards.<\/p>\n

Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi has directed RRS Commander, CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi to transfer the suspects and exhibit to the CP\u2019s Special Squad.<\/p>\n

Alabi ordered further investigation that would lead to the arrest and prosecution of fleeing gang members.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
