The management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso has advised the students of the institution to stay at home.<\/p>\n

It advised the parents not to allow their wards to come to the institution because the university<\/a> is yet to resume.<\/p>\n

The institution made this disclosure while reacting to a statement which claimed that the university has resumed.<\/p>\n

WITHIN NIGERIA gathered that a statement allegedly signed by the Registrar of the institution said that the university will resume on 18 August.<\/p>\n

But, the Public Relations Officer of the institution, Olalekan Fadeyi in a statement said that the statement already going viral, allegedly signed by the Registrar, Dr. Kayode Ogunleye, did not emanate from the university management.<\/p>\n

Fadeyi urged members of the public, especially parents, staff and students of the institution to disregard it.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cThe Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has denied issuing any statement purportedly announcing resumption of academic activities on August 18, 2022.<\/p>\n
