Benue state Governor, Samuel Ortom, has suspended the Managing Director\/Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of Benue Investment and Property Company, Limited, BIPC, Barr. Alex Adum, from office over financial impropriety leveled against him.<\/p>\n

The Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Professor Anthony Ijoho, SAN, disclosed this in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen in Makurdi, on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The statement read in part, \u201cthe Executive Governor of Benue State, His Excellency, Samuel Ortom<\/a>, has approved the indefinite suspension of Alex Ter Adum, Esq, from office as Managing Director\/ CEO of Benue Investment and Property Company Limited pending the termination of cases of financial impropriety levelled against him.<\/p>\n

The statement said the suspension is with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
