The Labour party has acquired the Enugu State Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, APC.<\/p>\n

The APC<\/a> in the State has been enmeshed in series of crisis.<\/p>\n

It worsened after the party\u2019s congress last year following the emergence of Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah as the State chairman.<\/p>\n

A delegation of the party\u2019s stakeholders in the State were at the APC national Secretariat few weeks ago where they demanded the constitution of a caretaker committee.<\/p>\n

However, Agballa dismissed the stakeholders, including the Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama and a former Senate President, Senator Ken Nnamani.<\/p>\n

Ever since he emerged Chairman, Agballa has been operating from the South-East zonal office of the party.<\/p>\n

Not long ago, the owner of the building housing the APC\u2019s State Secretariat, located at No 126 Park Avenue, GRA Enugu, dragged the party to court over rent issues.<\/p>\n
