Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the RCCG, has expressed concern about the possibility of the 2023 elections taking place.<\/p>\n

Pastor Adeboye stated that God had not revealed to him whether the 2023 general election would take place.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the RCCG\u2019s 2022<\/a> Holy Ghost Service, Adeboye said: \u201cGod must be merciful unto us. We will have to hold on to Him and say, \u2018Please help.\u2019 Do you know that up till now, and this is November, Daddy hasn\u2019t told me yet that there\u2019s going to be an election next year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe continue of course, as if there\u2019s going to be; I am saying that Adeboye, I am not talking of other people; God has not told me yet. He may tell me tomorrow, I don\u2019t know, but as of this moment that I am sitting before you, He hasn\u2019t told me whether or not there will be an election next year.<\/p>\n

\u201cOf course, as usual, anybody who comes to me and he says, \u201cpray for me,\u201d I will pray for them. That\u2019s my duty, but it is up to God to answer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not trying to frighten you; I am not telling you that I know something secret that you don\u2019t know; I am not a prophet I am just a pastor; but I am your Pastor. We need to pray.
