On Wednesday afternoon, two young men who wanted to make it big in the upcoming Yelutide met their Waterloo in Enugu when irate mobs set them ablaze alive<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred in the Independence Layout neighbourhood on Independence Avenue, also known as Bissala Road.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the two were apprehended while attempting to rob POS operators in the area and were apprehended by residents who decided to deal with them.<\/p>\n

They were stripped naked before being set on fire, and their video went viral before they were ignited by fire.<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the angry mobs refused to let the police take them to their station and instead decided to take the law into their own hands.<\/p>\n

The police had yet to confirm the incident, as police spokesman Daniel Ndukwe stated that he had not been informed of the heinous incident.<\/p>\n
