The governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule<\/a>, has dismissed the chances of the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in next year’s election.<\/p>\n

The Governor also dismissed polls that put Peter Obi ahead of All Progressives Congress (APC) leader Bola Tinubu and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Atiku Abubakar.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday night, he revealed this in an interview with Channels Television’s Politics Today.<\/p>\n

According to Sule, the Labour Party presidential candidate has been devalued to less than 10 kobo following the revelation of the incumbent Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo.<\/p>\n

Remember that Soludo claimed in an article that Obi’s investment in Anambra is worth next to nothing, and that the presidential candidate cannot win the 2023 general election.<\/p>\n

Sule, during his appearance on Channels Television, said;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, the current governor of Anambra State where Peter Obi was governor is the right person who will tell what has happened during the period of Peter Obi.<\/em><\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m in a better position to tell you what Tanko Al-Makura did compared to what we see on the pages of newspapers, because I have the files and numbers in front of me.<\/em><\/p>\n

So, if you go to Anambra, look at what governor of Anambra (is saying). They were in the same party. It\u2019s not that they changed parties. It\u2019s Peter Obi that changed parties but it\u2019s the same All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).<\/em><\/p>\n

So, if you go and see what he is saying today about Peter Obi, you will not buy Peter Obi for 10 kobo.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Now, do you have the same with Asiwaju (Tinubu) and the governors who came after him in Lagos? Is Lagos better looking today than Anambra? Is the economy of Lagos better today than Anambra?
