The 45-year-old, who was charged for incest, was remanded by an Ilorin Magistrate\u2019s court. <\/p>\n
He had been indulging in the unlawful act for several months before his wife, Sidikat, caught him and subsequently reported the matter, police said. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe defendant (Jimoh), had been intimidating and threatening to deal with the victim and her mother if they exposed the criminal act to anyone or to any law enforcement agent\u201d, the sheet added.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor, Sanni Abdullah, urged the court to remand the suspect.<\/p>\n
