Croatia and Argentina advanced to the semi-finals of the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar on Friday evening.<\/p>\n

Both teams advanced to the next round of the FIFA World Cup<\/a> after eliminating Brazil and the Netherlands in thrilling penalty shootouts.<\/p>\n

WITHIN NIGERIA, Argentina narrowly defeated the Netherlands in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 tie to advance to the World Cup semi-finals.<\/p>\n

Late goals from Dutch substitute Wout Weghorst brought the game back to 2-2 with the Argentines, who had led 2-0 after goals from Nahuel Molina and Lionel Messi’s penalty.<\/p>\n
