A priest, Rev Barr Ogbuchukwu Makuo Lotanna, who resigned from the Anglican Church in Anambra to open a ministry to propagate polygamy has apologized.<\/p>\n

The priest had upon his resignation in September insisted that he received a revelation to propagate polygamy as a way to stem immorality.<\/p>\n

But the priest in a press release said the revelation was ill conceived, and should be discountenanced.<\/p>\n

He said he has deleted all previous videos of his preachings, which propagated polygamy, while apologizing to the general public.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have since pledged to give a full and undivided attention to all that God has called me to do as a priest in obedience to the instituted authority of the Church<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have understood that for any program(s) to achieve sexual purity, it must of necessity be that which should build the CHURCH OF CHRIST and should be accepted by her. And I can not be numbered among those fighting the Church.<\/p>\n
