Former Arsenal captain, Cesc Fabregas has urged the Gunners to maintain their cool if they are to secure the Premier League title.<\/p>\n

Recall that the Gunners<\/a> are now sitting top of the Premier League table with the hope of winning the title, rising game after game.<\/p>\n

Arsenal beat hard-fighting Brighton 4-2 on Saturday to open a 7-point lead over second-placed Manchester City.<\/p>\n

However, Fabregas said the critics tried to get the Gunners boss sacked in 2021 but reminded Arsenal they \u2018haven\u2019t won anything yet\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we had listened to certain people at a time when Arsenal finished eighth and not doing that well, then maybe Mikel wouldn\u2019t be there,\u201d Fabregas told The Times.<\/p>\n

But they gave him the time that was needed to develop his own style, his own players coming in, making his own thing.<\/p>\n
