{"id":240455,"date":"2023-01-09T19:12:37","date_gmt":"2023-01-09T18:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/?p=240455"},"modified":"2023-01-09T19:12:37","modified_gmt":"2023-01-09T18:12:37","slug":"lagos-baker-remanded-over-alleged-anal-sex-with-minor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2023\/01\/09\/lagos-baker-remanded-over-alleged-anal-sex-with-minor\/","title":{"rendered":"Lagos: Baker remanded over alleged anal sex with minor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>38-year-old baker, Samuel Emmanuel, has been remanded in Kirikiri Correctional Centre for allegedly having anal sex with a minor in the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Magistrate, Mrs B.O Osunsanmi gave the order during a court hearing today January 9.<\/p>\n<p>Osunsanmi refused to listen to the defendant\u2019s plea.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, told the Ikeja Chief Magistrate\u2019s Court that the offence was committed on Nov. 25 in Ile-Ojo area, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>Akeem said that the defendant called the victim, a 12-year-old girl, who hawks cow skin, pretending he wanted to buy some. The prosecutor said that the defendant dragged the girl inside his room and forcefully had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/news\/2022\/12\/20\/lagos-man-arrested-for-having-sex-with-12-year-old-neighbours-daughter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anal sex<\/a> on her.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the neighbours who heard the screaming girl rushed to break the door and rescued her but she was already molested.
