Jorge Luiz Frello Filho Cavaliere OMRI, known as Jorginho, has explained why he signed for Arsenal Football Club on the January transfer deadline.<\/p>\n

Arsenal announced the signing of Jorginho<\/a> from Chelsea on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old Italy international is expected to boost Arsenal\u2019s options in midfield going into the second half of the season.<\/p>\n

Speaking at his first press conference after signing for Arsenal<\/a>, he said he joined Mikel Arteta\u2019s side because the North London outfit is an amazing club.<\/p>\n

Jorginho said, \u201cI am very excited for this new challenge, and I just can\u2019t wait to be on the pitch to be honest! Everything has happened so fast. I was a bit surprised, but I took the opportunity of this amazing challenge.<\/p>\n
