Tajudeen Abbas and Ben Kalu, who are running for Speaker and Deputy Speaker positions, are meeting with President Bola Tinubu.<\/p>\n

The meeting came just after the one the President had at the Villa with Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila and Senate President Ahmad Lawan.<\/a><\/p>\n

This is Tinubu’s first encounter with both since taking the oath of office.<\/p>\n

It was believed the President\u2019s meeting with Lawan and Gbajabiamila might have discussed the forthcoming inauguration of the 10th National Assembly scheduled for June 13 and the election of National Assembly leaders.<\/p>\n

Abbas and Kalu have been endorsed by the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) for the posts<\/p>\n
