Brighton\u2019s Moises Caicedo has reportedly \u2018agreed on personal terms\u2019 with Premier League club Arsenal<\/a>. <\/p>\n

However, Chelsea are still lurking around hoping to hijack the deal.<\/p>\n

Caicedo is keen to leave Brighton this summer transfer window.<\/p>\n

Arsenal head coach, Mikel Arteta sanctioned a club-record bid in excess of \u00a370million for Caicedo in the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

But the deal didn’t materialise as Brighton refused to sell the 21-year-old.<\/p>\n

Arsenal still want to sign Caicedo ahead of the 2023-2024 season and as reported by Metro UK, the Gunners have now \u2018agreed personal terms\u2019 with the Ecuador international.<\/p>\n
