Nigerian soldiers have killed eleven ISWAP terrorists in a fresh devastating onslaught on the insurgents\u2019 enclaves in Sambisa forest in Borno State.<\/p>\n
The terrorists were neutralised by Troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), in collaboration with Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) and Hybrid forces. <\/p>\n
According to reports, the terrorists met their Waterloo during the intelligence-led offensive between May 31st and June 4th, 2023, in the terrorists\u2019 hideouts within the axis of Damboa and Chibok local government areas.<\/p>\n
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in the Lake Chad region, that the troops stormed and cleared some of the terrorists\u2019 hideouts in Bale, Tirke, Mandari and Molgoi.<\/p>\n
Other terrorists\u2019 hideouts cleared by the vigilante troops are Bego, Yarwa and Ngurna.<\/p>\n
