Five of the seven students from the University of Jos (UNIJOS) who were kidnapped on Monday have gotten their freedom back.<\/p>\n

While they were studying for the upcoming exams, kidnappers<\/a> broke into the rented dormitory off the university campus and took the seven to an unidentified location.<\/p>\n

Parents claim that the kidnappers wanted a ransom before releasing their children.<\/p>\n

After discussions with the abductors, it was discovered that an undisclosed sum was agreed upon, and one of the parents volunteered to give it.<\/p>\n

The kidnappers eventually agreed to release five of the seven pupils, leaving two behind.<\/p>\n
