Saudi Arabia football club, Al-Nassr, are eyeing former Liverpool forward, Sadio Mane<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The club has opened talks with the Senegalese star and he may be plying his trade in the middle east nation this summer if the deal materialises. <\/p>\n

Mane is currently contracted to Bayern Munich. <\/p>\n

According to AIPS Media journalist Sultan Al-Otaibi, who reports via Bavarian Football Works, Mane is on the brink of leaving Europe.<\/p>\n

During his time at Liverpool, the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations winner scored 120 goals and provided 48 assists in 269 appearances.<\/p>\n

He helped the Reds to six trophies including the Premier League and UEFA Champions League.<\/p>\n

Mane, 31, joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool last summer on a three-year deal and a transfer fee of \u20ac32 million.<\/p>\n

The Senegal international helped the Bundesliga giants win the league title last season, scoring only 12 goals and providing six assists in 38 appearances across all competitions.<\/p>\n

He regularly found himself out of the starting XI due to injury issues and inconsistency.<\/p>\n

The Senegal skipper also found himself in two locker room incidents, including punching teammate Leroy Sane following an argument after the defeat to Manchester City in the champions league. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
